 I guess we all need courage and could always use more courage.  Ever wonder what it would be like to be bullet-proof, sickness-proof and just basically unable to receive harm?  What would you do.  Well, for one thing, you might do all the things you have always feared to do. 

Climb a mountain, sky dive, swim the English Channel?  Think about it.  You are immortal, just imagine.  How would you live your life differently.

Well, of course that isn't the case.  And to just "throw caution to the wind" could mean a very quick end to your life in this world.

Now, try this Biblical perspective.  As a follower of JESUS, we have eternal life, we have the total forgiveness of our sins, we have release from bondage, we have freedom to choose the right, we are delivered from guilt and shame . . . 

We have access to the MOST HIGH who is our Healer, Savior, Protector, Counselor, Help in time of trouble.  We have HIS angels sent to guard us.  We have HIS Word to live by which promises to lead us to the best of all lives.

But we don't live like all that is true.  At least I don't.  How about you.  Every now and then, a believer gets this perspective and accomplishes mighty deeds for the LORD.  Can you imagine if we all got it?

But, no.  We live in the "glass ceiling" of the world system, controlled by the world's forces and basically acting as though the ALMIGHTY GOD did not sacrifice all HE had just to empower us with HIS arsenal of power for living.  Let the power of GOD well up in you and we will continue our study.

Ephesians 1:15-23

"15 Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the LORD JESUS, and love unto all the saints,  16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers;  17 That the GOD of our LORD JESUS CHRIST, the FATHER of glory, may give unto you the SPIRIT of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of HIM:  18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of HIS inheritance in the saints,  19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of HIS mighty power,  20 Which HE wrought in CHRIST, when HE raised HIM from the dead, and set HIM at HIS own right hand in the heavenly places,  21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:  22 And hath put all things under HIS feet, and gave HIM to be the head over all things to the church,  23 Which is HIS body, the fullness of HIM that fills all in all."
